KBS is currently looking for a fun, enthusiastic and energetic ALT for a positions in in elementary school in Fukuoka city. This position starts in May 2018, with the possibility of re-contracting in addition to visa sponsorship. We would like ALTs who are flexible, team players, and have a passion for teaching.

Your job will consist in assisting the homeroom teachers in their duties, as well as being the face of the international world. You will provide golden opportunities to the students to speak English with a foreigner inside the safety that schools provide. You will introduce a different culture, a different point of view, insight into the world in general, and give the students both the will and the tools to travel and experience the world.

We will provide training and materials.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Contract Period:
May 2018 to March 2019 with the option of re-contracting.

*Requirements
University BA or BS degree
Native speaker of English
Conversational Japanese speaker
Access to Internet outside school and ability to check emails every day

* NOT Required but Advantageous Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and vehicle
Computer skills (word, excel, picture editing, Internet, emails, etc.)
