Shane English School Kyushu is now inviting applications for a full-time teaching position in its Fukuoka schools.

We are offering an initial salary of between ¥250,000-¥260,000/month, and 5 days of paid leave in addition to the usual Shane school holidays. There are 2 days off each week including Sundays, although attendance on training days and occasional special events is required.

Shane offers classes that are educational and enjoyable, an organized and easy to follow curriculum for all levels, in an environment where the right person can grow as an educator. Detailed lesson guides are provided for all levels. After the initial induction training, regular training sessions will be held throughout the year.

Most lessons taught will be 4-skills general English classes for children or adults, however business and exam English classes may also be a requirement.

The position would suit a lively and friendly language teacher who is professional, adaptable and creative, and who enjoys teaching all age groups.

Further requirements:
1) Native speaker proficiency in English
2) Valid visa/permission to work
3) University degree
4) Qualification in TEFL(CELTA/Trinity Tesol or higher) preferred
5) A willingness to follow the company dress-code yourself professionally
6) 1 year teaching experience
