We are a growing, foreign-owned English school based in Akasaka and we are looking for enthusiastic, personable and professional teachers to join our team.

The ideal candidate should be:
• Friendly and personable, contributing with her/his positive attitude to a great team atmosphere among all teachers and staff.
• Enthusiastic about teaching English and communicating with our students before and after classes.
• Reliable and professional, always on time, always well prepared for class and prompt in intra-school communications
• Living in the central Fukuoka area, preferably in Chuoku as we provide minimal/zero commuting fee
• Looking to work for a minimum of 1 year

Job requirements:
• Teach 50 minute group or private lessons for mainly adults but also junior high and high school students following lesson plans provided.
• Welcome, greet and chat with students before and after each class.
• Be friendly, positive, polite, prompt, well prepared and professional at each class.

Qualifications:
• Speak English at a native level
• Have a valid visa
• Have experience teaching adults in Japan for over 1 year
• Have a University Degree

Salary
• Starting from 2,500/hour depending on A) Teacher’s Credentials B) Hours/Time/Day
• Zero/Minimal commuting fee
• A starting training period will apply where the teacher will join our actual classes with a 1,000/hour compensation
