ILC is currently looking for a part-time EFL teacher to work in our vocational schools in Fukuoka city.

Requirements:
– Must be resident in Japan, based in the Fukuoka area
– Minimum of a BA or BSc degree
– Appropriate visa
– Conversational Japanese ability and computer skills
– EFL/TESOL certification
– Desire to help students improve their English
– Experience teaching young adults in large college classes
– More than 2 years experience in Japan

Working hours
– Contract term: 1 semester (ASAP ~ end of September)
– Teaching days: Monday-Friday (depending on your availability)
– Teaching hours: between 9:20 and 18:10 (on your availability)
– 1 lesson = 90 minute

Duties:
– Teaching communicative EFL to large groups (25+) of college age students
– Course planning
– Materials production
– Related administrative tasks

Benefits:
– Salary of 5,700 yen per class (90 minute)
– Transportation paid
