Hello everyone,

im from germany, 27 years old and a man.
Im looking for a room in a up to 30 minutes walking distance to Hakata Station.
Right now i study japanese here, i think to stay with a japanese person will help me improve japanese. Men or Woman, with kids or without doesnt matter.

Usually i will be home before 10pm, sometimes the language school provide events which make me come back after 10pm.
But monday to friday im usually early back. Weekends i cant promise to be early, depends on Events occuring in Fukuoka or arround.

I dont drink and dont smoke.
I dont like places where people smoke inside.
