Yocchan-sai, a small neighborhood style festival, holds its annual event on April 22 and 23. The festival began in 1998 as a place where the local townspeople could come together and express themselves. There will be plenty of things to see and do over the course of the weekend including plays and performances, as well as stalls selling handmade goods crafted by the locals.
