Canal City turned 22 on Apr. 20 (Fri.), and to celebrate they will hold special events between Apr. 27 (Fri.) to May 6 (Sun.). Eighty shops will participate in their 22nd Anniversary Sale, with some offering discounts of up to 50%. Some shops will also sell limited edition items to mark the occasion; Dipper Dan, for example, will offer Happy bags for ¥1,000. From May 3 to May 6, you can enjoy the street and art performances such as acrobatic shows and live music at the Sun Plaza Stage on B1F. And don’t miss seeing Godzilla on a rampage in the “Godzilla the Destroy Mapping Show” of Canal City’s Aqua Panorama screen!
