At DJ LAND, you can be sure of banging tunes and plenty of food and alcohol! Here are four fun-tastic events happening there this summer…
Eivixxa BBQ Beach Pool Party on DJ LAND
This year, the long awaited BBQ Beach Pool Party, sponsored by Eivixxa, is coming back to DJ LAND! You can enjoy delicious food at the BBQ booth, freshen up and ward off the summer heat at the chilled pineapple booth, and bond with your friends at the drink bar! The general entrance fee is ¥3,000 with one free drink, although additional drinks can be purchased with cash. You can rent a beach towel for free as long as you return it (¥500 security deposit needed). Direct shuttle bus services to and from the event are also available– one bus runs between the Bank of Japan’s Tenjin branch on Showa-dori and DJ LAND (¥1,000 one way), and the other between Chikuzen-Maebaru and DJ LAND (¥500 one way). Bus seats are limited so DJ LAND recommends you make an early reservation. Make sure to also book return bus tickets at the reception as soon as you arrive at DJ LAND.

Sound Combo Rising Soul & Switch
Come enjoy and lose yourself to the music at the Sound Combo Rising Soul & Switch event at DJ Land! This year has an impressive DJ lineup scheduled to perform at two separate stages. Mjma (USA), Anthony Carver (USA), Mao (Japan), Kazutaka Shivata (Japan), Samtroy (New Zealand), Rio (Japan), and SUE (Japan) will perform at the WATER STAGE, presented by SWITCH, while Matt Firenzi (UK), Mica Atkinson (UK), MAQman (SUI), Alinep (Philippines), DJ Mixture (UK), Masuo (Japan), and Owen (Ireland) will perform. The entrance fee is ¥3,000 with one free drink, or better yet, if you RSVP on the Facebook event page by Jul. 31, you can get in free!

Rave 34
Dedicated partygoers, rejoice! Dance and party all day and all night for thirty-four hours straight at the RAVE 34 event at DJ LAND! This year’s global DJ lineup will feature guest DJs including Doru (ROM), Pedro (Spain), AnnaKA (VN), Tue Eskerod (DEN), Kaiser (VN) and Mike Ruth (USA), as well as resident DJs including Matt Firenzi (UK), Mjma (USA), Sam Troy (NZ), and Jeff Vader (AU). DJs in collaboration with Tolk Records will also perform, including LionTunde (USA), HCT (GHA), Sunda de Annim (Japan), Darien Jackson (LBR), Spy (USA) and Haja (JAM). The entrance fee is ¥3,000 with one free drink, or better yet, if you RSVP on the Facebook event page by Aug. 13, you can get in free!
