Gishisai is a festival being held at Koshuzenji temple to honor those involved in the Revenge of the Forty-seven Ronin. A tea offering to the Gods will be held in front of the grave, alongside a performance of the Chikuzen biwa (Japanese lute). There will be a gun salute using historic rifles. You can also try soba and rice porridge, the meal of the 47 before they committed their raid.
