The French institute of Kyushu (Institut Français du Japon-Kyushu) will hold an open house on March 25. Once the doors open at 11:00 you will be able to enjoy a French cafe (11:00~18:00), French cuisine seminars (every hour from 11:30~17:00, free tickets on the day), and a French book & magazine market (11:00~18:00). They will also have free French lessons (from 11:00~16:30, each lesson lasts 30~45 min) and show French movies (11:30~, 14:00~, 16:15~, ¥1,000 each). To cap the day a party with an art exhibition will be thrown from 18:30 ~ 20:00. Francophiles and anyone interested in French culture and language should not miss this.
