Itoshima is famous throughout Japan for its fresh produce, and now you can sample this renowned produce prepared by the skilled hands of masterful chefs. Itoshima food producers and top chefs (specialising in French cuisine) are collaborating to host a very special dinner at Tenjin Monolith. Upon entering, guests will receive a fresh juice made using Itoshima fruits. They can then pick from over 15 different dishes (12 buffet dishes and seven main dishes, including somenchiri – a noodle dish native to Itoshima), and enjoy nomihoudai (all-you-can-drink service) on beer, shochu, red/white wine, sake, cocktails (30 kinds), non-alcoholic beer and soft drinks. The Itoshima farmers will give a presentation on how best to enjoy their produce, and there will then be a collaborative talk given by the food producers and the chefs.
