The star of this event is the 620-year-old fuji (wisteria) a National Natural Treasure with vines extending for meters. 200,000 visit every year and mid-April is prime viewing time. Browse the displays of products and “comfort foods” from Kurogi Town (9:00~17:00) and see the tree lit up at night – a magical sight! The town will also host a stamp rally (¥500, limited to 150 people).
