Treasures From the Country of the Lake

The Shiga Kenritsu Biwako Cultural Museum's collection displays many valuable artifacts from Omi. Omi is in Shiga Prefecture and was known as a center of Buddhist culture with close ties to Dazaifu. Angkor Wat Exhibition

Summer Cruise Ship

World CM Festival

48th Ohori Fireworks Festival

Nearly half a million people gather in or near Ohori Park as 6,000 fireworks illuminate the sky in the biggest fireworks festival in Kyushu. Wear a yukata or jinbei and join the crowd for this summer classic. Reserved seating available inside the Heiwadai Stadium area. Visible from a far, but try to get as close as you can.

Chikugo Fireworks Festival

Beach Volleyball Kyushu Sun-Cup '10

National Bolshoi Circus

World Fireworks Competition Vol. 2

35th Yufuin Film Festival
