While in Fukuoka on assignment, American photographer Hal Bergman (http://www.halbergman.com) took some time out to capture some moments around town. A Fukuoka Now reader happened to meet Hal in Ohori Park, and they tipped us off to his work. Hal is a freelance photographer currently based in San Francisco’s Haight-Ashbury district, but makes frequent trips to Los Angeles. Not only are his photos impressive, he also produces stunning time lapses. We are proud to showcase the following images of Fukuoka, from ACROS in Tenjin, to the shining lights of Haruyoshi and many moments in between. Enjoy!
