Fisherman’s Wharf to Open in Nagasaki City


A group of seven enterprises, including fishery cooperatives and companies in the maritime industry, announced plans to open a “fisherman’s wharf” in Nagasaki City next March, which will sell locally caught live fish and processed maritime products directly to retail customers. The group wants to locate the facility next to the docks to provide additional atmosphere. They project annual sales of 500 million yen.
