JR will ask the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport to approve a request for pegging the price of a Shinkansen ticket from Kagoshima to Osaka at roughly 21,000 yen. They also plan to ask for a ticket price of slightly more than 10,000 for the Hakata-Kagoshima route, and roughly 4,000 yen for the Hakata-Kumamoto route.
