Korean LCC Jin Air and Fukuoka City officially announced on Sep. 6 that they will launch a Kitakyushu to Busan route on Oct. 30 (Sun.). There will be one round trip a day between the two cities, the first regular international route from Kitakyushu airport for over two and a half years. Expect the launch of a Kitakyushu ~ Seoul (Incheon) route starting from Dec. 12, with a daily round trip between the two airports starting in Feb., 2017. – Source: Yomiuri Shimbun, 9/6
