Toppan Printing has developed the “Street Museum” app for tourists that will allow you to explore Fukuoka Castle using Augmented Reality. The app uses GPS location services in conjunction with your smartphone or tablet to display novel information about the castle. Download the app in advance and then head to Fukuoka Castle to download castle specific information. The app also works for Edo Castle (Tokyo), Wakayama Castle (Wakayama), Nagoya Castle (Saga) and Takamatsu Castle (Kagawa). Source: Toppan Printing news release, 9/21
