For the price of ¥6,000/month, 65 and overs can receive unlimited subway travel using the Chikapasu 65. Proof of age required (e.g. driver’s license). A Hayakaken card is necessary for this pass; those who do not have a Hayakaken will need to purchase a card, paying a deposit of ¥500. Began Oct. 1. Earned points will be added on the 10th of the following month and the scheme can be used up to 10 times per month. The scheme is valid on all subway stations on the Kuko Line, Hakozaki Line and Nanakuma Line. Details here.
