Nishitestu has opened up applications for pairs (parent with child) to ride on their Open Top Buses during the Dontaku parade. After the application period 90 pairs will be selected from those that applied. They are also looking for applicants to ride on their Hana Jidosha (flower car). Applications for the flower cars will be open to children from 3rd to 6th grade. 18 children will be selected, one for each car, to ride on the flower cars.
