Saga Prefecture Considers Extending Flight Curfew For New Tokyo Flight

Saga Prefecture and ANA Holdings Inc. are considering a new night flight between Tokyo International Airport (Haneda) and Saga Airport. Currently, ANA operates five flights daily between the two airports with a high 75% load factor. To meet increasing demands from the residents who live in Saga and neighboring areas of Fukuoka Prefecture, ANA has suggested an additional service which would arrive at Saga Airport later than the arrival time of the current last flight, 21:25. The prefecture is planning to propose a curfew extension at the congress this month to test the flight in August. Source: Saga Shimbun, 6/5/2019
