Nishi-Nippon Railroad Co., Ltd. announced that Solaria Stage Building will undergo a large scale renovation, which will increase the floor span of the commercial facility by 150% to 1,200 square meters. The number of stores inside the building will increase from 16 to 20, while the sixth floor will serve as a multi-function area that will be home to 13 rental spaces and one shared lounge space. This is the first time that the premises will undergo such a large refurbishment since it first opened in 1999, and will cost approximately ¥1.2 billion.
