Free Hakozaki “Soutsuku” Map

Local residents of Hakozaki area made a walking map called “Soutsuku” which means “walking around” in Hakata dialect. With this map, you can discover the unique atmosphere of Hakozaki, where traditional, historical and urban culture are intermingled. With Hakozaki shrine in the center, there are traditional streets, shops and shrines. The Hakozaki town committee made this map for new residents and tourists. The map covers Kyushu University Hakozaki campus to Hakozaki Shrine area. 6,000 copies will be distributed for free at JR stations, subway stations, and the Fukuoka Prefectural Library.
