looking for a gentleman who speaks English

My husband who is only speaks English and I ( Japanese ) are going to Fukuoka city in Sep and I'm going to take him to my school reunion(with many girls)where will be held in Tenjin.
So, I'm looking for a gentleman who speaks English and knows about Fukuoka city and wants to have a good time with us!
