I’m 53 y/o, male, married, living in Fukuoka alone. I’m looking for a flatmate in a 2DK. The apartment is 3 minutes from the closest subway station (Muromi) and 10 minutes to Tenjin station. Willing to share TV, computer (w/internet), refrigerator and washing machine. I also have CS connection, if you are interested in watching CNN, Discovery Channel & other English programs. You’ll have your own bedroom, including large closet, but it is not furnished. Seeking native English speaker only. Professional or student and any age is welcome!
I prefer a female, tidy, non-smoker with no pets. Must be chatty, honest, considerate and want to help me improve my English.
I am friendly and promise to be very respectful of you and your personal space.
No rent but 5,000 yen per month for utilities.
