On Oct. 4 (Tue.), Fukuoka Airport Domestic Terminal 1 will close after being in operation for 47 years. To commemorate the closure, the building’s rooftop, which was once open to the public as an observatory deck, will be re-opened for the afternoon. Head over to Domestic Terminal 1 between 12:00~17:00 to visit the Domestic Terminal one last time before it closes for good! The entrance to the roof will be from the 4F observatory room. It’s completely free.
