For most, chocolates are a sweet snack, for some, an ever-tempting guilty pleasure, and for others, a full-blown addiction. Born into one of Kyushu's oldest and most famous confectionists 'Chidoriya', Koji was always destined to have a sweet tooth. After years of training and apprenticeship in Austria and Germany he returned to Fukuoka and opened Annabell, an European-style chocolatier. Be sure to try his unique Hozuki Bon Bon.
