Furnished 2LDK apartment with aircon available in Futsukaichi. 7 minutes walk from Nishitetsu Futsukaichi station, only 12 minutes out of Tenjin station by express train.
I am leaving Japan and I am looking for someone to take over the lease on my apartment, including furniture.
Rent is 58,000 per month excluding utilities and insurance. Only a small charge for large pieces of furniture where I would like to recover some of my costs. Household items such as kitchen utensils included free.
You will need your own guarantor. The apartment is available early July. Please let me know if you'd like to come and look round.
