The Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk is saying “aloha” to Hawaii this summer with a month-long Hawaiian Food Fair, sponsored by Delta Airlines. Enjoy authentic Hawaiian cuisine, including special collaborative recipes from Mr. Gerard Veau (Executive Chef, Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk) and Mr. Joe Derla (Kamuela Provision Company Chef from Hilton Waikoloa Village, Hawaii). The Hawaiian Food Fair runs from 7/31 (Thu.) ~ 8/24 (Sun.), with lunch and dinner buffets and hula stage show. Some of the featured menu items include: Traditional Big Island Limu Poke with fresh avocado, Crispy Coconut Shrimp with Pineapple Compote, Lomi Lomi Salmon Poi Shooter, Sauteed Mahi Mahi with Lilikoi Butter & Tropical Fruit Relish, Kalua Pork, Char Sui & Spam Fried Saimin, Hawaiian Eggnog, and Hawaiian Pot de Cream.
