Hello. We will have 39th zen class at a temple.
If you are interested in zen/meditation, please come and
join the class.
Please don’t worry if you don’t know about zen. The Buddhist monk will teach how to do it. We lead busy lives so we
try to look into our hearts and calm down through zen. You will have a wonderful experience at the class.
This time, we also have beginners’ Yoga lesson.
The instructor is Ms. Shizuyo Umemura who is yoga instructor and Ayurveda therapist.

It is a little difficult to get to a temple. So we will pick you up to Chihaya station JR/Nishitetsu then go to a temple together by car. Please let us know how to come. We will inform you more detail. If you have a car, you can go to a temple directly.
There are some parking lots so you can park.
After zen, we will serve tea. Please drink tea.

皆さん、こんにちは。今回で３９回目となる法華禅のクラスのご案内です。外国の方や日本人の方に気軽に参加して頂く為に開催しています。初心者の方対象ですので、興味がある方は是非参加して頂ければ幸いです。　禅のクラスでは、日々忙しい中で生活をしているので、自分と向き合う時間を作ります。全く禅を知らない方でも僧侶により、禅の仕方を教えて頂くので安心して参加下さい。今回は、体験ヨガクラスもあります。講師は、梅村静代さんで
ヨガのインストラクター及び、アーユルベーダのセラピストをされています。

禅終了後、お茶を準備しておりますので、お時間があればこちらの方も参加下さい。　詳細は、下記の通りです。
