Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Christopher. I am an Australian with over 10 years experience teaching English in Japan.

I left Japan in 2011 and have worked in Australian federal government services since this time.

I am currently in Japan for the next 3 months and am looking for employment as an ALT once again. Particularly in Fukuoka.

I was doing research on Visa sponsorship to teach English in Japan again and spoke with the Japanese Consulate here in Australia.
It was explained to me, because I have over 5-10 years teaching experience in Japan. I can still be sponsored by a school or company without having a 3-year bachelor’s degree. As the Japanese Government accepts my many years of experience as an English Teacher. And can be completed on the Certificate of Eligibility.

It is with that information I would like to apply to your company to look at any employment opportunities that you may have for the 2023 school year.
I am also happy to sign a 12-month, or longer contract with you, to guarantee my position with you. And sponsorship to work in Japan. I have lived in Japan before and have held a Japanese driver’s license. So, adapting to living in Japan is easy for me..

My Teaching experience has been in both public and private educational settings. I have experience in teaching all ages from Kindergarten, Elementary, Junior High, High School, University, Adult classes, and Business Classes.

If you would like to speak to me further. Or have any further questions for me. Then I can be contacted at any time, please contact me.

I am also happy to provide my teaching resume upon request.

I look forward to speaking with you again soon.
