This model is literally Sony’s last high-end 4:3 television, featuring:
– Inputs for composite, s-video, component via d-terminal, and even RGB via a special input called AV Multi.
– Support for 240p, 480i, 480p, 720p, and 1080i signal formats.
– Easy-to-enable 16:9 windowed mode.
– Original Sony remote included.
If you enjoy retro video games, this TV supports an extremely broad range of systems. If you just want to watch movies, it does a great job with both DVDs and Blu-rays. While you’ll need an external converter (not included) for broadcast TV, a good-quality one should allow you to watch in high definition. For the adventurous, there are even guides online detailing how to build an adapter that allows you to display 640×480 VGA from a PC.
This particular unit is in good condition, having seen relatively little use over the years. The remote was purchased separately but is the exact model intended for the TV.
