I am Ian from the USA. I am 43 and I am self employed working online and I am here in Fukuoka practicing jiu-jitsu and judo.

I have applied for a cultural visa.

Anyways I am a quiet clean and respectful person.

I live currently in Katae, jonan ku. I am somewhat flexible with location.

I pay 47,000 a month for a big room in a sharehouse, but I don’t like living in a sharehouse. There are 7 or 8 other people living here and I want to live alone.

So I am looking for something cheaper and better.
