Matching Curtains (window and balcony)

I bought these curtains in February 2019. Roommate moving in wants to replace them.

These are Grade 1 Blackout Drapes (so no light gets through, which is great for eastern-facing bedroom windows), UV Reduction, with hooks to hang. Non-smoking household. These are 6,430 total new, and are yours for 3,500 yen. I live in the Daimyo area.
