Look ma, no forks!
Louisiana-style seafood restaurants have been taking the world by storm, and now there is one in Yakuin. But be prepared to dig in with your hands because there are no plates and no forks! Food is brought out in plastic bags and spread out on the paper tablecloth in front of you. The most popular menu item are the seafood combos, which feature boiled crab and prawns served in the shell, squid, other seafood and a range of veggies—all flavored with spicy Cajun sauce. The ingredients are placed in the bags and shaken to make sure the sauce gets full coverage. It’s up to you to crack open the crab legs and lobster shells with your bare hands. The sauce will fly and your hands will be dripping, but the experience will be unforgettable! The spicy garlic-tinged sauce will make the drinks flow, which makes Golden Crab a great place for a fun-filled party. The combos come with bread so you can attempt making your own seafood sandwiches, and you’ll be sure to sop up every last drop of sauce with the meal-ending rice. So, leave your silverware at home and bring some friends to Golden Crab.
