Fifty Jobs Offered to Recently Unemployed – Now 542 COVID-19 Cases in Fukuoka

On April 21, twenty-one more cases of COVID-19 infections were confirmed in Fukuoka Prefecture, bringing the cumulative total for the prefecture to 542. In other news, the prefecture recently opened applications to people who have lost jobs due to the impact of the spread of the new coronavirus. Fifty positions at the prefectural office and local health centers are available for the period between May 2020 to March 2021. (Application deadline is 4/30.
