Japan recently launched a clothing recycle station at YAFUOKU! DOME in Momochi, after realizing the demand for a place where people could recycle clothing they no longer want. The company will sell the recycled clothing online at their online auction site “YAFUOKU!”. Anyone is permitted to leave their unwanted clothing at Gate 4 on days when the Hawks are playing a game at the Dome. When you deposit your clothing, you’re eligible to apply for a pair of baseball tickets and other prizes. The recycle station opens two hours before a Hawks game, and one hour afterwards, until Sep. 29. Only clothing in good condition is accepted (no bags, shoes or accessories).
