A total of 15 foreigners who can sing Japanese-language songs will be chosen to take part in the show. From the 15 performing participants, 5 finalists will be chosen by the judging panel, with prizes including flights for two to China. Organizers are currently looking for amateur singers to join the contest, and participants receive ¥1,000 transportation fee.
