They will be outside the Tenjin Twin Building this Saturday (6\/1) collecting signatures from 11:00 ~ 14:00. The group is a member of the ILC Asia-Kyushu Promotion Council, a public-private committee established to attract the ILC to the Sefuri Mountains on the border of Fukuoka and Saga Prefectures. The group\u2019s canvassers plan to use their \u201cyouth power\u201d to collect signatures by July when the Japanese candidate site for the collider will be decided. They aim to collect 1 million signatures. The other candidate site is in the Kitakami Mountains of Iwate Prefecture.
