To be eligible to rent a one-person-car or electric scooter a Japanese or international driver\u2019s licence is required, and to rent the electric-assisted bicycle just ID is required. You must be over the age of 20 to hire any of the vehicles. The cars, scooters and bikes are available for rent from Shiraitonotaki Fureainosato only.
