Its front side depicts the \u201cone-eyed majestic dragon of the North East (Lord Masamune Date)\u201d, and the back depicts \u201cHakata\u2019s festival in flight\u201d. On Aug. 31, special dolls were added to the float, and a shinto ritual has been performed in preparation for the float\u2019s move to Riverain on Sep. 2.
