This weekend Hakata Hankyu is holding a special food event to foster the next generation of talented chefs while also showcasing some of the best food ingredients that Kyushu has to offer. Billed as the food version of the famous high school baseball competition Koshien, this event will see all the dishes prepared by students from across Kyushu\u2019s seven prefectures. Returning for sixth time, the gathering will have the likes of Fukuoka Kenritsu Suisan High School selling especially prepared burgers for \u00a5350 and the Nagasaki Kenritsu Saseboshogyo High School offering unique rice donuts for just \u00a5180! Rare demonstration of tuna dissection on Sunday, too.<\/p>\n
