How much and what\u2019s included?<\/strong> \u00a51,500 (2 local sake<\/em> with 2 paired side dishes) or \u00a51,500 (4 kinds of sake<\/em> tasting)<\/p>\n

\u201cIppudo Stand\u201d \u2013 How it Works!<\/strong>
\nAt a typical ramen<\/em> joint, you get right down to the noodles. Not here. Once you\u2019re inside under the festive lanterns, your first stop should be the drinks menu, where from 3pm onward sake takes pride of place. Local liquor stores select their favorite brands from across Japan to create a compact yet comprehensive menu \u2013 and with a helpful English guide too. Pair your drink with an appetizer or two, or three\u2026 at around \u00a5180 each, snacks like tempura<\/em> sliders, squid dumplings and onion rings are hard to resist. Just try to save room for ramen<\/em> at the end (smaller servings are available if you can\u2019t manage a full bowl)! It\u2019s a concept borrowed from Ippudo\u2019s New York restaurant, now available to try right here in Ippudo\u2019s hometown.<\/p>\n
