Customers can sample special limited edition <em>sake<\/em> available only during this February\u2019s <em>sakagurabiraki<\/em> (first brewery opening of the year). Be sure to check out their junmaishu (pure-rice <em>sake<\/em>) made with locally harvested rice, freshly prepared new brews, and vegetables pickled in <em>sake<\/em> lees.
