The Ishibashi Bunka Center has the largest rose garden in Fukuoka. The peak season lasts for about a month starting in early May with 2,600 roses of over 400 varieties. Look forward to the various events during Golden Week including live music performances, rose workshops (corsage making, cookie decorating, rose accessory making and more), displays of rose arrangements and kiribana (flower cutting). You can also buy rose seedlings and watch a potting demonstration. There will be a market and cafe for refreshments.<\/p>\n
