The annual \u2018Flower Picnic\u2019 takes place between March 24 to May 6; on weekends, there are various activities such as animal petting and feeding, craft workshops and brass and concerts. A special gourmet event called \u201cC-1 Cup in Uminaka\u201d will also take place in which food vendors sell various tasty treats, and the best food vendor wins a prize (10:00~17:00 on 4\/48 ~ 4\/30, 5\/3 ~ 5\/6). <\/p>\n
