This promises to be a great chance to discover more about the food culture of Kobe, Kyoto, and Osaka, collectively known as the Kansai region. Visitors can check out a cooking demonstration organized by one of the original pioneers of <em>takoyaki<\/em> or sample a range of tasty treats, such as meat pies made with Kobe beef and traditional Japanese <em>matcha<\/em>-flavored confectionery. There\u2019s also a section where diners can sit down and eat-in.
