A total of 45 stalls will sell a range of regional delicacies including Hiroshima-style <em>okonomiyaki<\/em>, Kochi&#8217;s famous <em>warayaki katsuo tataki<\/em> (grilled bonito), and tasty <em>shumai<\/em> from Kiyoken in Kanagawa. Take-out will be available, but for anyone looking to eat in, why not try one of the soup, pie, or noodle dishes that will be on offer. The event will also see one of the first appearances of an <em>ebi tsukemen<\/em> eatery in Kyushu.
