This festival will give participants the chance to find out more about Kurume kasuri<\/em>. A total of 12 workshops and studios will come together for the event, providing a snapshot of Hirokawa Town’s charming appeal. Products made with Kurume kasuri<\/em> textiles will be on sale at reduced prices inside the main venue. Visitors can join a special Kurume kasuri<\/em> rolling contest for free. Check out workshops on indigo dyeing, kasuri<\/em> weaving, as well as Yame tea sampling. Jump on a free shuttle bus, which will be leaving the main venue every 30 minutes, and take a look around some of the participating studios!<\/p>\n
