Yachiyoza theater was built by locals in 1910. The two-story wooden building resembles an Edo-style playhouse, featuring sajiki<\/em> (gallery) seating, a revolving stage, and trapdoors located in the walkways. Ready for a time trip feeling the atmosphere of the good old days? Visitors will get a chance to explore backstage and view the mechanics of the theater. You will then be treated to a Yamaga lantern dance, women perform with locally-made lanterns attached to their heads. Don\u2019t forget to grab your camera and get a photo with the performers!<\/p>\n
